- Small orders/items may be shipped in a plain white shipping envelope with no added exterior markings other than the shipping label. These pouches are sent using the United States Postal Service.
- Large orders/items will be shipped in the smallest possible candidate from our standard compliment of box sizes.
- Boxes with exterior markings will only be used if said markings do not in any way indicate the contents of the box are diapers/etc. (Many case boxes are flipped inside-out for your privacy.)
- The contents of the package(s) will never be listed on the packaging.
- The sender of the package will be listed as our parent company: CHSI.
